It's clean. Quite friendly staff, especially in the restaurant.
Paying for a safe is ridiculous. While 90% of the rooms have a sea view, they asked for a surcharge of 25 euros for such a room. Niggling and pettiness.

Both breakfast and dinner were average. Side rooms are affected by strong background noise (air conditioning on the roofs of neighbouring buildings). Sleeping with the window open is not possible, especially at night. Better to book a room with sea view.

Hotel is located directly on the beach with an easy access, large room with a desk, very rich breakfast buffet, the venue is directly accessible by bus from Palma.
Unfortunately the bed was a bit too soft, the room was difficult to heat with the air conditioner at the low temperatures, especially as it switches off immediately as soon as you open the door. WLAN works quite well, but in the evening it is a bit weak, so that the connection often breaks off.
